- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1 tsp. fresh snipped parsley
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen carrots
Directions

1Steam or microwave carrots until tender.

2In a small pan, heat butter, honey, Cointreau, orange zest and parsley.

3Heat until blended.

4Add salt and pepper to taste.

5Arrange carrots on serving dish.

6Pour warm sauce over carrots.

7Serve at once.
