- 1 (5 to 6 lb.) hen or 2 fryers
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 garlic bean, chopped, or good dash of garlic salt
- 1 (3 oz.) bottle olives (pitted), sliced
- 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. green peppers, chopped
- 1 c. parsley, chopped
- 1 lb. broad noodles
Directions

1Cook, debone and chop chicken; reserve broth.

2Cook onions, celery, parsley and peppers in about 3 cups broth until tender. Cook noodles in broth until tender.

3Add tomato sauce, garlic, olives, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.

4Simmer for 10 minutes.

5For extra broth, boil skin and bones.

6Freezes well.
