- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. (not box) Ritz crackers
Directions

1Boil chicken breasts until no longer pink.

2Remove from water and let cool.

3Mix two cans cream of mushroom soup and one cup of sour cream in separate bowl.

4Shred or cube chicken breasts and place in casserole dish.

5Pour soup and sour cream mixture over chicken.

6Crumble crackers over top.

7Drizzle with butter (optional).

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
