French Chocolate Mousse

- 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla, rum or brandy or more to taste
Directions

1Put in pan the chocolate and water. Stir over hot water until melted.

2Separate eggs.

3Beat the whites until stiff and set aside. Beat the yolks until thick and lemon colored. Beat in the chocolate and vanilla, rum or brandy.

4Fold in the whites.

5Spoon in cocktail glasses. Chill 12 hours or more. Serves 4 to 6.
