- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Mix flour and salt in large bowl.

2Make a well in center and add eggs, melted butter and half of milk.

3With a whisk or wooden spoon, gradually stir the flour into the liquid mixture.

4While stirring, gradually add more liquid until consistency is that of cream.

5When all liquid is added, beat or whisk to remove all lumps.

6Pour 1/4 cup of crepe batter into preheated pan.

7Cook both sides on low heat until lightly browned.

8Makes 6 to 8 crepes. Fill with fruit, ice cream, or scrambled eggs.

9Fold and enjoy.
