  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 onion, grated (or may be put in blender)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 4 tsp. vinegar
