Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburg
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 large onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/4 packet Bell's poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put meat, onion and celery in pan, break up meat as you are simmering.

2Add approximately 1 cup of water and cover.

3Simmer low until celery is softened.

4Strain meat but keep the juice aside.

5Spoon filling into 2 inch pie crusts.

6Fill full.

7Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of juice over filling.

8Add top crust.

9Cut several slits in top.

10Bake at 350° to 375° until brown.

11You may freeze pies uncooked.
