  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. cold water

Directions

    Cut the flour, salt, sugar and Crisco all together.

    Pour beaten egg over top of mixture.

    Add vinegar to cold water.

    Add the liquid, 1 teaspoon at a time.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 425°. Makes 4 crusts.
