  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. Dream Whip or 1 large Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix butter, coconut, flour and sugar and bake at 300° for 35 minutes or until brown, stirring often.

    After the crumbs have cooled, put 1/2 in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix pudding according to directions, using milk.

    After partially set, pour over crumbs.

    Prepare Dream Whip or Cool Whip.

    Spread over the pudding mixture.

    Add remaining crumbs on the top and chill.
