  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 1/2 teaspoon club soda
  • 2 ounces VSOP Cognac
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 brandied cherry
  • Ice

Directions

    In a pint glass, stir the sugar with both bitters and the club soda to a paste.

    Add the Cognac, orange slice and cherry and stir again.

    Add ice, stir again and strain into an ice-filled double rocks glass.
