- 1 loaf French bread
- butter
- oregano
- garlic powder
- your favorite cheese
- 4 potatoes
- milk
- creamy Italian dressing
- 2 cans creamed corn
Directions

1Cut bread in half lengthwise, and tear out some of the inside, leaving a shallow indentation.

2Spread with butter, sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.

3Slice cheese, layer on top.

4Reserve peel and boil potatoes, about 20 minutes, add milk, butter and salad dressing to taste, mash.

5Put bread in 325° oven for 10 minutes.

6Heat creamed corn in saucepan over medium heat.

7When bread is warm and cheese is melted, remove from oven.

8Cover with mashed potatoes, spoon creamed corn liberally over all.

9Serves 4.
