- 1 chocolate crumb crust
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 lb. unsalted butter, soft
- 4 eggs (only clean and uncracked)
- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1/4 tsp. mint extract
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Beat sugar with butter in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add melted chocolate. Stir in extracts.

2Pour into crumb crust.

3Refrigerate until firm. Garnish with mint leaves and maraschino cherries.
