- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced olives, drained
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook spaghetti; drain well.

2Set aside.

3Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until tender.

4Add tomatoes and salt.

5Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 10 minutes; stir occasionally.

6Add mushrooms and olives.

7Set aside.
