- 8 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 c. white cooking wine
Directions

1In deep baking dish, layer starting with potatoes, meat and carrots.

2Sprinkle onion, salt and pepper to taste.

3After 2 to 3 layers, pour 1 cup of wine over entire contents.

4Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.
