- 1 c. or 8 oz. carton egg substitute (any brand)
- 1/4 c. skim or 1% milk
- 6 to 8 slices white bread (not too fresh)
Directions

1In a bowl, lightly whip together egg substitute and milk. Place mixture in a shallow dish.

2Dip bread slices, one at a time, into mixture.

3Place on a baking tray that has been greased with some type of butter flavored baking spray or butter flavored Crisco.

4Bake at 350° until bread is golden brown.

5You may also fry over medium heat until a golden brown, if preferred.
