- 2 large loaves French bread
- 1 doz. eggs
- 2 c. heavy cream or half and half
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cut bread into 1-inch slices.

2Put into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix all ingredients in blender and pour over bread.

4Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

5Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400°.

6After 10 minutes, brush French toast with melted butter.

7When finished cooking, French toast can be topped with cinnamon.
