  • 1 box french vanilla cake mix
  • 1 thawed Cool Whip topping (8 oz)
  • 1 each eggs
  • 1 packages butterscotch chips
  • tsp sugar. enough to coat cookies
  • 1 ungreased cookie sheets (line with foil or parchment paper to prevent sticking)
  • 1 wire racks. for cooling

    Set oven to 350

    Mix egg, cake mix, cool whip in bowl.

    Mix will be sticky.

    A spatula works best as you have to fold the batter.

    Stirring doesnt work.

    Mix in butterscotch chips

    Scoop 1-2 tsp balls of cookie dough in to sugar and roll to coat.

    Place cookies on sheets.

    Bake for 16-17 minutes.

    Once out of oven, let cookies cool for a minute then move to wire rack to cool completely.
