- 1 pkg. pasta
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. shallots, sliced
- 1/2 c. scallions, minced
- 1/2 c. green peas
- 2 Tbsp. basil leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp. sage, chopped
- 3/4 c. chicken or vegetable broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat margarine and olive oil together on medium heat.

3Lightly saut garlic, shallots and scallions for 2 minutes. Add peas, fresh chopped basil and sage and saut for 4 minutes. Add hot broth and simmer; when pasta is done, drain and mix into sauce.

4Blend well and serve.
