pre heat oven at 350'

beat eggs,sugar,oil in large bowl.seperatly sift together flour,salt ,soda and cinnamon,Apple pie spice.add apples nuts or raisins to flour mixture.pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.mixture will be thick.pour into greased and floured 13/9 pan.bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

make glaze by stirring the ingredients together,then set aside until cake is done,cool enough to glaze
