  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. chopped apples
  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, Wesson oil and vanilla and blend well.

    Add apples, then dry ingredients.

    Mix well and add nuts.

    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
