  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. grated apples

    Beat eggs.

    Add oil and sugar.

    Mix dry ingredients together, then add the egg mixture with milk.

    Apples and nuts go in last. Blend well with electric mixer. Bake in tube pan at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
