  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. peeled, grated apples
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix dry ingredients together; this includes apples. Add eggs, oil and vanilla and blend well. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool and frost.
