  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. diced apples
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Beat together oil, sugar and vanilla.

    Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.

    Add this to the first mixture.

    Add apples and nuts.

    Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

    Cool pan before turning cake out.
