  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. butterscotch morsels

    Mix sugar and oil.

    Pour mixture into greased and floured 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
