Fresh Apple Cake

   Mix sugar and oil.

   Add eggs and mix well.

   Add flour.

   Mix. Add apples and nuts.

   Mix well.

   Pour mixture into greased and floured 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Sprinkle butterscotch morsels on top of cake.

   Bake at 325° to 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
