  • 3 c. self-rising flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Cream oil and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each.
