  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 cups cored and chopped apples (1 lb.)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
