- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream Dairy
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 5 cups cooking apples
Directions

1* 4 Medium apples thickly sliced, pared and cored.

2Prepare cheese topping: In a mixing bowl allow cheeses to come to room temp; beat until fairly smooth. Add sour cream. To prepare apple filling: In a 2-qt. saucepan bring water and sugar to boil, add apples and simmer until tender. Cover to keep warm.

3To assemble: Place 3-5 apple slices on each crepe; roll up. Place in single layer, seam side down, in chafing dish; pour over left-over apple syrup. Heat. Serve two crepes per serving. Top each with cheese topping.
