  • 3 c. raw apples, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1-2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

    Peel apples and chop.

    Beat eggs, add oil and sugar.

    Gradually add flour to creamed mixture, then add vanilla.
