  • 1-1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 3 cups Chopped Apples

Directions

    Mix the oil, sugar and eggs well. Add flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Mix until smooth and blended completely. Fold in pecans, coconut and apples.

    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 hour at 275 F. Increase oven temperate to 300 F and bake for another 1/2 hour.
