  • 1 c. sugar, mixed with 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell

    with sugar and cornstarch. Cook about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until thick, smooth
