- 1 pie shell
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- milk
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 2 c. fresh blueberries
Directions

1Bake pie shell; leave to cool.

2Add milk (as needed), 1 teaspoon lemon juice and the powdered sugar.

3Whip until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip until completely blended into mixture.

4Pour mixture into baked pie shell.

5Place the blueberries, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 cup granulated sugar over heat.

6Cook until mixture is hot throughout.

8Pour blueberry mixture over cream cheese filling already poured into pie shell.
