- 2 1/4 c. 10x sugar
- 2 5/8 c. flour
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk and coconut juice
- 1 coconut, grated
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar gradually.

2Add eggs and beat well. Stir in vanilla.

3Add dry ingredients, a little at a time.

4Pour in milk slowly.

5Fold in coconut.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Frost with butter icing and cover with coconut.
