  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Directions

    Bake cake according to package directions, mixing two layers. Let cool and slice layers in half.

    Mix sugar, sour cream and coconut and spread between layers.

    Spread Cool Whip on top and sides of cake.
