  • 14 cup butter
  • 2 large onions, minced
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 4 cups corn kernels
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 14 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 14 cup flour
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream (35%)
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Melt butter in soup pot.

    Cook onions and peppers over low heat until soft, 7 to 10 minutes.

    Add corn.

    Cook 4 to 5 minutes more.

    Stir in potatoes and parsley, cook 3 minutes more.

    Whisk flour with a little milk.

    Stir into soup.
