  • 2 c. fresh corn
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Combine corn with butter, milk, flour, salt and sugar in bowl. Add eggs; mix well.

    Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish. Place dish in baking pan half filled with boiling water.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until pudding is set.
