Ingredients
- 7 to 8 ears sweet corn
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten well
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cut corn from cob, scraping cob well.

2Place corn and scrapings in a large saucepan.

3Add 2 tablespoons water.

4Bring to boiling.

5Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Remove from heat and cool slightly.

7Do not drain.

8Place corn in a large bowl.

9Add sugar, salt and eggs.

10Stir in milk.

11Pour into a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.

12Bake in a 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serves 8.
