- 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 4 ears Fresh Corn, Grilled (preferably, But Can Also Be Steamed Or Pre-cut)
- 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt, Plus More To Taste
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Sugar, Plus More To Taste
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
Directions

1Heat butter over medium heat to melt. Slice all kernels off the cooked/grilled corn.

2Add flour, salt and sugar to the butter and stir to combine. Add corn. Stir and cook 1 minute. Add cream and cook an additional 5-8 minutes to thicken. Season to taste with additional salt and/or sugar, if needed. Serve hot.
