  • 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. batter
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • dash of pepper

    Soak mushrooms overnight in salt water.

    Keep in refrigerator. Next day, rinse with plain water.

    Drain.

    Cover with flour; add to oil and butter in skillet.

    Cook slowly.
