- 2 Tbsp. batter
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Soak mushrooms overnight in salt water.

2Keep in refrigerator. Next day, rinse with plain water.

4Cover with flour; add to oil and butter in skillet.

5Cook slowly.
