  • 9 inches graham cracker crumb crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 13 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • fresh fruit, to cover and red currant or apple jelly (melted) or white corn syrup

    In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

    Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

    Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

    Pour into prepared crust and chill 3 hours or until set.

    Arrange fruit on top of pie.

    Just before serving, brush with jelly if desired.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
