- 9 inches graham cracker crumb crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 13 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- fresh fruit, to cover and red currant or apple jelly (melted) or white corn syrup
Directions

1In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

2Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

3Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

4Pour into prepared crust and chill 3 hours or until set.

5Arrange fruit on top of pie.

6Just before serving, brush with jelly if desired.

7Refrigerate leftovers.
