- 3 c. cut-up fresh fruit
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
Directions

1Arrange in square or round pan the cut fruit.

2Sprinkle with mixture of flour, sugar and cinnamon.

3Dot with butter or margarine.

4Sift together into bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

5Add oil, milk and egg.

6Stir with fork until blended.

7Drop by spoonful over fruit.

8If desired, dough may be spread with spatula.

9Bake 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven at 350°.

10Cook until bubbly and light brown.

11Serve warm.
