  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 prebaked 9-inch pie shell (deep dish)
  • fresh fruit (berries, peaches, etc.)
  • 1 small pkg. jello (desired flavor, regular or sugar-free)

    Combine first 3 ingredients and heat until thickened.

    Add jello and cool.

    Put fruit in pie shell and pour liquid mixture over fruit.
