Fresh Fruit Pie(Peach)

  • 2 1/2 c. peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 5 slices white loaf bread
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick melted margarine

Directions

    Mix peaches, flour and 1/3 cup sugar together real good.

    Put in small buttered baking dish.

    Remove crust from bread slices and cut in 3 strips. Place on top of peaches; press down and seal sides.

    Mix 1 cup sugar, egg and melted margarine; pour on top of bread. Bake at 350° until golden brown.
