Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla regular pudding mix
  • 2 c. juice from canned fruits
  • combination of any or all of the following fruits: peaches, nectarines, blueberries, grapes (red, green, purple, black), cantaloupe, honeydew, pears, bananas, strawberries, kiwi

Directions

    Cook pudding in fruit juice until thick and glossy.

    Cool. Mix the pineapple and mandarin oranges with the pudding and add any or all of the fresh fruits.

    This makes a large salad and keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.
