  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. pecans (optional)
  • 3 c. raw apples
  • 6 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat oil, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add flour and cinnamon. Stir in pecans.

    Bake in metal baking pan.

    Place butterscotch morsels on top of mixture. Bake at 300° to 325° until golden brown.
