Ingredients

  • 8 cups water cold
  • 2 cups lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 10 large lemons up to 12
  • 1 cup sugar superfine

Directions

    In two batches, pulse water, lemon juice and ice in a blender, adding sugar to taste.

    Transfer to a large pitcher and serve immediately, or chill, covered, until ready to serve.

    Pour into tall glasses over ice.
