- 1/3 lb. fresh mushrooms (regular, shiitake or a combination), coarsely chopped
- 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry or chicken broth
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
Directions

1In a wide frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.

2Add mushrooms and onion and cook, stirring often, until mushrooms are browned (about 15 minutes).

3Mix in sherry.
