  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (with pudding)
  • 1 c. fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Blend all ingredients on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape sides and mix on medium 2 minutes more. Pour batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake for 45 to 47 minutes in a 350° oven. Cool for 20 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Prepare glaze.
