Fresh Peach Pecan Pie

- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. freshly grated orange peel
- 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 c. fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell (not deep dish)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Mix sugar, flour and cornstarch in saucepan.

3Add butter and orange juice.

4Cook over low heat until thick.

5Add orange peel, pecans and peaches.

6Place in pie shell. Bake 10 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 325°.

8Bake 30 minutes or more. Serves 6 to 8.
