Fresh Peach Pie

  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • sliced peaches
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients together and 1/2 cup whipping cream to make paste.

    Spread on bottom of pie crust.

    Fill crust with sliced fresh peaches.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° for about 1 hour or until brown (apples can be used also).
