  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • sliced peaches

Directions

    Mix together the sugar and flour.

    Put butter on, then dribble eggs over pie.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 375° and finish baking.
